Rescue Services Repair Medical Supplies Refilling Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of transport repair services, medicines and medical supplies, and refilling of oxygen, carbon dioxide, DCP and Halotron extinguishers and AFFF under separate categories for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall follow the single stage one envelope procedure under GBPPRA Rules 2022. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by refundable earnest money in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order. Tender fee of PKR 4,000 shall be deposited through Treasury before obtaining tender documents. Firms shall provide the required experience, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and all supporting documents. Goods and services shall be supplied until 30 June 2027. Rates shall include labour and transportation charges.
