Procurement Of Consumable Items Office Supplies And Vehicle Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle spare parts, lubricants, vehicle repair and maintenance materials, printer toners, stationery items, office supplies and miscellaneous items under the Economic Transformation Initiative. Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors, suppliers, dealers and service providers. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day. All bids shall be accompanied by refundable bid security equal to not less than 3% of the bid price in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Abnormally low-priced bids and late submissions shall be rejected. Procurement shall follow PPRA and IFAD Project Procurement Handbook procedures.
