Procurement Of It Equipment And Related Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment and related accessories on an item-wise basis from original manufacturers, distributors, partners and service providers. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System with proof attached to the bid. No physical financial instrument shall be accepted. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Conference Hall. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Delivery terms shall be DDP.
