Security Guard Janitorial Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Hiring a qualified service company under a framework agreement to provide security guards and janitorial services for facility protection cleanliness and routine upkeep of premises. Procurement will follow a single stage one envelope procedure through an electronic procurement and disposal system. Bids must be submitted electronically with all required documents scanned and uploaded through the procurement portal and manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must comply with the instructions provided in the standard bidding document and request for proposal. Only bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and provincial revenue authority are eligible to participate. Bids will be opened electronically in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend the opening session.
