Wildlife Field Station Construction Bar Nao Kolai Palas Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a Wildlife Field Station at Bar Nao, Union Council Peach Beala, District Kolai Palas. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding Procedure. Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 and above, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and FBR with a valid NTN. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 17,508,288 and a bid security of Rs. 350,166 including stamp duty is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt. Bid solicitation documents and instructions are available through the EPADS system. Complete details of the bid security including bank name, CDR number and date must be uploaded electronically with the e-bid. Electronic bids shall be submitted before 01:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders shall quote rates based on MRS-2022 (2nd Bi-Annual). Incorrect information shall result in disqualification and debarment. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement after acceptance of the bid. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids by assigning valid reasons in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
