Drugs Medicines Public Hospitals Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure pharmaceutical drugs and medicines for public hospitals and health institutions under a framework contract for supply on free delivery basis at consignee end ensuring availability of medicines and standardized procurement for the financial year. Procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure through an electronic procurement system. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and must submit electronic bids through the procurement portal before the specified time. Bid security will be required as a percentage of estimated cost and bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. A pre bid meeting will be held to address queries of prospective bidders and procurement will be governed by applicable public procurement rules and regulations.
