It Training Programs Excellence Centers It Parks Tender Notice
Description
Provision of training programs and related services for the project titled Establishment of IT Excellence Centers and IT Parks in the remaining districts of Mirpur, Kotli, Haveli, Sudhnoti and Jhelum Valley of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Sealed bids are invited from well reputed IT firms, companies and vendors. Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals separately. A bid earnest money of PKR 7,000,000 is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained upon submission of a written application on the original company letterhead along with audit reports for the last three years, affidavit of non-blacklisting, NTN certificate, tax returns for the last three years, authorized partnership, dealership or representative proof, and payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000. Only complete bids with full technical details shall be considered. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with AJ&K PPRA Rules.
