Stationery Toners Computer Consumable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery items - toners - computer consumable items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted under a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors, general order suppliers and General Sales Tax registered firms located in Muzaffarabad city. Bid Security of Rs. 90,000 in the shape of CDR is required. The quoted rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. All supplied items must conform to the required specifications and submitted samples. Successful bidders shall supply the required items on demand. Payment shall be made through crossed cheque after deduction of applicable taxes. Bidders must provide an affidavit or certificate confirming they are not blacklisted and have no conflict with the Government. The competent authority may reject any or all bids or increase or decrease the quantity of items in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules, 2017. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the bid closing date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
