Supply Of Electrical And Electronics Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electrical and electronics consumables under a single lot for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure using EPADS only. Eligible bidders must be registered and recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and possess manufacturer status or authorized distributor or dealer status with authorization from the manufacturer or principal specifically for this tender. Bidders must have sufficient financial, technical and human resources to execute the contract within the prescribed period. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, evaluation criteria and bidding conditions may be downloaded free of cost from the university website and EPADS portal. An earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR shall be submitted to the Procurement Office before the online bid submission deadline along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000, failing which the bid shall not be opened. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 AM on the closing date and opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. Manual bids shall not be accepted.
