Description

Procurement of patient ration, laundry items, miscellaneous items, stationery items, building repair works, medical gases and machinery repair services for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate sealed technical and financial proposals submitted on the bidder's letterhead. Registered firms, dealers, distributors and importers having sound financial standing are eligible to participate. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Executive Director is mandatory with the financial proposal according to the prescribed lot. Tender rates shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027 and all applicable Government taxes shall be deducted at source. Bidders quoting for any lot shall quote rates for all items of that lot. Tender documents and detailed item lists may be obtained from the Equipment Store upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee through Government treasury challan. Incomplete or late bids shall not be accepted. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors and bidders are not eligible and must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted and have no dispute with any Government or semi-Government organization. Technical bids shall be opened according to the prescribed schedule in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under AJK PPRA Rules.
