Construction Of Sumari Payan Dam Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Sumari Payan Dam in District Kohat. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope electronic bidding procedure using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible contractors and firms registered in the relevant Pakistan Engineering Council categories C-B and PK-CB and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority are invited to participate. The estimated project cost is Rs. 53.35 million and the completion period is 36 months. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded separately through EPADS. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-08-2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Director General Small Dams, Peshawar. Bid security and additional security, where applicable, in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank shall be submitted through a leading courier service before the submission deadline, with complete details uploaded on EPADS. Bidders shall submit properly signed and stamped documents together with notarized affidavits confirming no litigation and no blacklisting. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened after approval of the technical evaluation. Electronic bidding shall be carried out on the Above/Below system based on the Engineer's Estimate. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid reasons.
