Irrigation Systems Farm Development Works Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development works under PSDP 2026-27 including installation of high efficiency irrigation systems - solar bore - high tunnel for farmers - tubewell with solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) - talab construction - land levelling - tunnel farming and flood protection works. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible contractors and firms shall be registered with the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System. Bids shall be accompanied by refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee. Tender participation fee shall be deposited through EPPS Challan in the National Bank of Pakistan. Tender documents may be downloaded from the BPPRA website or obtained from the office during working hours. Tender for Serial No. 1 shall be opened physically while Serial No. 2 shall be opened online through EPPS. Bids shall be submitted by 19-08-2026 and opened on the same day according to the prescribed schedule. Contractors not meeting eligibility criteria or failing to quote all BOQ rates shall be considered non-responsive.
