Description

Procurement of miscellaneous chemicals - maintenance tools including hydraulic bearing pullers, shaft laser alignment tools and vibration meters - electrical testing equipment - stainless steel laboratory fixtures - high activity dose calibrators - temperature controllers - centrifuge tubes - portable chemical and gas detectors on FOR Islamabad basis. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Interested manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department and maintaining their own offices with telephone and fax facilities are eligible to participate. Tender documents may be obtained through a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2,000 for each tender. Tender fee in cash shall not be accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST in the form prescribed. Tenders shall be received by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the opening date. Tender validity shall remain 60 days from the date of opening. Payment shall be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Firms with previous unsatisfactory supply performance shall not be issued tender documents. Original bank draft for the tender fee shall reach the office one day before tender opening and tender documents shall be issued up to one day before the opening date.
