Information Technology Equipment University Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure information technology equipment required for institutional administrative and academic operations including supply installation and delivery of IT equipment as specified in the tender documents. Procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure conducted through an electronic procurement system under public procurement rules. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically through the procurement portal and upload required documents before the specified deadline while original bid security must be submitted in hard form before the opening of technical bids. Only firms registered with relevant tax authorities and procurement system are eligible to participate and bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives who wish to attend.
