Description

Framework contract for hiring services and procurement of items including hot and cold weather items, POL lubricants, stationery, electronic communication items, payment for services rendered, computer stationery, dietary items and lunch boxes for Muharram and Chehlum duties, miscellaneous items, repair and replacement of vehicle parts and filters, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware and equipment, software repair and other stores for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Technical samples, brochures or catalogues shall accompany the bids where applicable. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs.84,000 shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents shall accompany the technical bids. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of the original procurement.
