Human Resource Outsourcing Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of human resource outsourcing services under a framework contract. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms and companies shall be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at 11:00 AM on 10-08-2026. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 09:30 AM and opened at 10:00 AM on the same day. Bid security of PKR 41 million shall accompany the bid.
