Air Conditioners Communication Equipment Safety Gear Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure multiple operational equipment items under framework contract including air conditioners of different capacities LED display screens wireless communication walkie talkie sets wireless base sets bullet proof helmets and software repair services required for operational and security activities. Procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure through an electronic procurement system where bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids lot wise according to specifications provided in bidding documents. Bidders must upload bids electronically through the procurement portal and submit original bid security instruments before the closing deadline while required technical samples for specified lots must also be submitted for evaluation. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and procurement system and bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives.
