Description
Supply, installation and fixing of furniture for institutional facilities. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical and Financial bids. Eligible firms shall submit bids electronically through EPADS along with a non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 3,000 and bid security of Rs. 160,000. Bids shall be submitted by 02:30 PM and opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. Separate bids, bid securities and processing fees are required for each tender. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office furniture, institutional furniture, tables, chairs, storage units, furnishing, installation and related furniture supply services.
