Goods Hiring Services National Celebrations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods and hiring of services for National Celebrations of 12th Rabi Ul Awal during the financial year 2026-27 including purchase items and rental items under a framework contract. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, joint ventures and general order suppliers having relevant business experience and registration with applicable tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security amounting to Rs. 49,905 shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day. Quantities are tentative and call-off orders shall be issued as required during the framework contract.
