Procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 including Wheat Products - Pulses (Daalein) - Rice - Sugar - Cooking Oil - Loose Spices (Khulay Masala Jaat) and Packed Items - Bakery Items (Bread) - Eggs (Hen) - Chicken - Mutton - Beef / Veal - Fresh Milk - Vegetables and Fruits (Sabziaat aur Phall). Bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax where applicable and Income Tax Departments. A bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost of each lot in the form of CDR/DD/PO is required. Bids shall be submitted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure comprising technical and financial bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day as bid submission at 10:30 AM. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory.
