Procurement Of Police Supplies Vehicles And Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of hot and cold items, lubricants, office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, miscellaneous items, transport repair including tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts, filters and lubricants, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture, durable goods, plant and machinery, furniture and fixture items and other miscellaneous items. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required and original bid security shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee up to 5% of each lot.
