Construct a 2x2 duct line for conversion of electrical services from overhead to underground as per the working design of the C&W Punjab Highway Department from MC Gate No.2 to MC Gate No.1, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi. Bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bid opening will take place at 10:00 AM. Bid security is 290,649.00 and bid validity shall remain 180 days.
