Provide professional security services for university campuses including deployment of trained security personnel and operational security management through electronic bidding under single stage two envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with bidders required to submit electronic bids through EPADS accompanied by bid security equal to two percent of the estimated annual contract value
