Miscellaneous Milk Tea Material Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure miscellaneous milk tea material under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Sealed electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may participate. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or bid securing declaration where applicable. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. Bid opening will take place at 03:30 PM. Bid validity shall remain 60 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers milk, tea and related consumable food items for institutional use. Suppliers of tea materials, beverage supplies, pantry consumables and food products meeting procurement requirements may participate.
