Purchase Of Forensic Audio Analysis And Biometrics System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IKAR Lab 3, Vocalise and Biometrics, Fauxdio Detector and computer workstation system for the forensic science laboratory. Eligible bidders shall be sales tax, income tax and Punjab Revenue Authority registered firms participating through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day after bid submission. Manual bids shall not be accepted and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
