Software Licenses Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of software licenses on a lot-wise basis including Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Teams, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, Office 365 E3 with Teams and Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams under annual subscription and annual commitment licensing agreements. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and service providers registered with the relevant tax authorities shall submit separate electronic bids for each lot through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security shall be PKR 50,000 for Lot 1 and PKR 12,000 for Lot 2, totaling PKR 62,000, through e-Procurement or the Bank of Punjab. Original bid security instruments shall be submitted before bid opening. Bids shall be submitted by 19-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
