Air Conditioner Spare Parts Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of spare parts for old air conditioners ranging from one ton to sixteen tons for the summer season of the financial year 2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, authorized agents, distributors and local principals registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities shall participate through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 70,000 equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall accompany the technical proposal. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 22-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid validity shall be 180 days. Pro Tip: This procurement covers air conditioner spare parts, HVAC maintenance, compressor parts, cooling equipment, air conditioning repair components and institutional HVAC maintenance supplies.
