Framework contract for procurement of vehicle repair, denting and painting services, spare parts, batteries, tyres, tubes, lubricants, oil filters, air filters, diesel filters, office stationery, computer stationery, printing materials, plant and machinery, IT equipment, electrical supplies, sanitary items, cleaning materials, entertainment and gift items, road safety items, sports items, hot and cold items, weather items, furniture and fixtures, stitching materials, tents, pauls, lunch boxes, barriers, beds, boxes, miscellaneous store items, repair of furniture, machinery and equipment, computer hardware, IT support and maintenance services, hardware and software equipment, location trackers for government vehicles, and repair and renovation of police offices, police stations, buildings, posts, DTO office, PKM, driving schools, PTM and license branches. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder.
