Repair Maintenance Civil Electro Mechanical Works Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and civil works for Public Health Engineering Sub Divisions Takht-e-Nasrati-I and Takht-e-Nasrati-II for the financial year 2026-2027. The works include repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations and civil infrastructure. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid securities are PKR 132,000 for each electrical and mechanical work package and PKR 145,480 for each civil works package. Stamp duty of PKR 9,000 applies to each package. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration, KPRA registration, active FBR NTN, KP Central Enlistment, non-blacklisting affidavit and other prescribed documents. Contractors for electrical and mechanical works must possess registered workshops with the required codes. Bid submission closes at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 01:00 PM. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
