Disposal Of Commercial Terminal Assets Tender Notice
Description
Sealed bids are invited under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for disposal of commercial assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal including canteen and tuck shop, mobile and computer accessories shop, spare parts shop, photostat and Easypaisa shop, and washroom cleanliness services. Bid documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500. Contractors must possess the required Local Council Board registration category. Bid securities range from PKR 500,000 to PKR 1,500,000 depending upon the asset. Bids shall be submitted separately according to the specified schedule and opened on the same day. Successful bidders shall deposit applicable federal and provincial taxes. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
