Sealed bids are invited on C&F basis through EPADS under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the import and supply of laboratory equipment for the Textile Dyeing and Finishing Laboratory of the Textile Engineering Department. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers must possess at least three years of relevant experience, maintain an average annual turnover of not less than PKR 50 million during the last three years, have active GST registration and submit the prescribed affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, litigation history and integrity. A fixed bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in favour of the Director Finance is mandatory. Bidding documents shall be obtained and submitted through EPADS. Bid submission closes at 10:00 AM and bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
