Lift Installation Judicial Complex Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fixing of one lift or elevator at Judicial Complex Hangu under the scheme for additional facilities and construction works. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the EPAD system. Eligible firms and contractors shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C6 with specialization code ME03 and with KPRA. Bid security is Rs. 400,000 and non-refundable bidding entry fee is Rs. 5,400. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted online, while prescribed documents including bidding entry fee, bid security and affidavit regarding additional security where applicable shall also be submitted in hard form. Bids quoting more than prescribed percentages below the Engineer's Estimate shall provide additional security and detailed rate analysis as applicable under KPPRA requirements. Technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM and financial bid opening will be announced after approval of technical bids.
