Supply Of Chemicals Standards Reagents And Laboratory Consum Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of chemicals, solvents, reagents, laboratory consumables, reference standards, certified reference materials (CRMs), kits, culture media, supporting equipment, spare parts, analytical gases and related laboratory equipment for the Provincial Food Testing Laboratory and Center for Research under framework and call-off framework contracts. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through KP-EPADS. Eligible bidders shall be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, FBR and KPRA. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM. Electronic bids shall be submitted through KP-EPADS. Technical bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same day. Bid security equal to 2% of the total offered cost shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laboratory chemicals, analytical reagents, certified reference materials, microbiology culture media, laboratory consumables, analytical gases, laboratory instruments and food testing supplies.
