Prequalification of local chemists and pharmacies for a subsequent closed framework agreement for the daily on-demand supply of local purchase medicines and disposables against green slips for entitled patients. Applicants shall possess a valid Category A Drug Sale License, active NTN and STN registration with FBR and submit manual applications. Prequalification documents are available upon payment of Rs. 1,000. Manual applications will be opened on the same day after bid closing. Eligibility is limited to applicants within the vicinity of the hospital meeting the prescribed requirements.
