Video Wall Conferencing System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of video wall conferencing system through EPADS e-procurement system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors firms manufacturers authorized dealers and suppliers registered with EPADS and tax authorities may participate. Bidders must submit electronic bids with technical and financial proposals along with bid security amounting to two percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee. Original bid security must be submitted before submission deadline at procurement office. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial proposals and bids will remain valid for one hundred twenty days.
