Description
Hiring services of outsourced firm to provide workforce resources including drivers and assistant line men on need basis for operational activities across multiple distribution areas including headquarters circles grid station construction divisions and regional circles. Procurement conducted through EPADS under Public Procurement Rules 2025 using single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure with quality and cost based selection technique. Bidders must submit proposals demonstrating organizational capability registration with tax authorities social security and insurance institutions positive financial standing and absence of litigation or blacklisting with any organization. Bid security must be submitted in acceptable financial instrument forms and bids will remain valid for one hundred eighty days.
