Construct a 4x3 duct line with manholes and transformer/load break switch plinths for shifting utility services from the 132kV Rawal Grid Station to Kashmir Chowk (Part A) under the Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure. Bid security of Rs. 226,619.32 is required and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Financial bids will be opened at 10:00 AM.
