The Communication and Works Highway Division Haripur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors through the E-PAD System for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of blacktop roads under ADP No. 1393/251395 and NHP PK-47. The procurement includes multiple road packages across Union Councils Pandak, Shah Maqsood, Central, Hattar, BS Khan, Jabri, Bareela, Kot Najibullah, PK Khan, Najafpur, Bakka, Panian, Bait Gali, Nara Amazai, Serikot, Beer, Ladurmang, Kalinger, SN Khan, Mankrai, PH Khan, Jatti Pind, Barkot, Muslimabad, Siriya, Tofkian, Dingi, KTS Tarbela, Ghazi, Khairbara, Kundi and Qazipur. Procurement will be conducted through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-PAD System under Single Stage Single Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 and E-PAD Regulations 2025. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in the required category, C&W Department enlistment, KP Revenue Authority registration, valid tax registrations and other mandatory qualifications. Bidders shall submit electronic bids together with bid security, tender fee and all required technical and financial documents through the E-PAD portal before the prescribed deadline. The estimated value of individual packages ranges from PKR 5 million to PKR 112 million.
