Solar Irrigation Tube Wells And Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of works for strengthening research stations through installation of two solar based irrigation tube wells including drilling of boreholes and conversion into tube wells - construction of pump houses and boundary walls - and supply installation testing and commissioning of solar power systems with pumping machinery and all accessories. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors approved by the Irrigation Department with valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant categories and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration are eligible. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS along with required documents and original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-12 at 11:00 AM. Additional security is required where applicable for bids quoted more than 10% below the engineer estimate. Technical requirements include manufacturer authorization for solar equipment, bar chart work programme, testing and commissioning, and compliance with Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa specifications.
