Supply Of Ip Telephone Exchange And Ip Phones Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an IP telephone exchange with operator sets, operator console sets, IP telephone sets and touch screen IP phones for the newly constructed head office building. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities shall submit online bids together with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement price amounting to Rs.231,740. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and taxes shall apply in accordance with government rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes IP PBX systems, VoIP telephone exchange, IP desk phones, operator consoles, unified communications equipment and enterprise telecommunication infrastructure.
