Hiring Of Security Services For Commission Offices Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring security services for the Head Office at Hyderabad and Regional Office at Karachi during the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Eligible security service companies must possess at least 15 years of relevant experience, registration with FBR, GST and SRB where applicable, EOBI and Social Security registration, SECP or Registrar of Firms registration, valid APSAA membership, valid NOC from the Ministry of Interior or Provincial Home Departments and satisfactory performance certificates. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS while the original bid security of Rs.500,000 and non-refundable tender fee of Rs.5,000 in the form of pay order shall be submitted before the closing time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
