Description

Procurement under framework contracts for general store items - medical gases - CT scan MRI and X-ray films - dental items - stationery items - linen items - waste and infection control items - biomedical accessories - pathology items - IT equipment - repairing of IT equipment. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using electronic means under Rule 12 of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial offers. Interested eligible firms having established technical, financial and managerial capabilities may download bidding documents free of cost from the prescribed portals. Bids shall be submitted only through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of the quoted items shall be submitted in original before the closing time and a scanned copy shall be uploaded with the electronic bid. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order. All applicable federal and provincial taxes shall apply. Bids will be opened on the same day after the submission deadline.
