Procurement Of Railway Operational Maintenance Goods Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of operational and maintenance goods including signal wire - rail treadle - power supply items - telephone sets and accessories - batteries for POC radio sets - high performance diesel engine oil - TBN-13 - gear compound - hard coke - crank case oil - LPG gas - extended life coolant - Oakite - H Class varnish - spare parts of crane - supply installation and commissioning of luggage scanning machine - SS round materials - drill twist items - nut bolts - electric power connectors - cable copper and refrigerant gas - air filters - epoxy zinc-rich paint and other associated items. Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue shall participate. Procurement shall follow Single Stage One Envelope or Two Envelope procedures under Public Procurement Rules 2004 through EPADS v2.0 using open competitive bidding based on the Least Cost Based Selection technique. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS and manual bids shall not be entertained. Bids shall be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration where applicable. Bids will be opened electronically on the respective closing dates and times specified in the bidding documents.
