Security Services Solar Ups Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of security services under a one year contract and purchase of 300 watt sine wave inverter UPS systems. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must possess at least 13 years of relevant experience, average annual turnover of at least PKR 10,000,000 during the previous three years, registration with SPPRA EPADS, registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and submit the prescribed affidavit with the bidding documents. Tender fee of Rs.2,000 in the form of Pay Order is non-refundable and bid security of Rs.250,000 in the form of Pay Order is mandatory. Tender documents shall be issued up to the prescribed deadline, bids shall be submitted by the specified closing time and opened on the same day.
