Procurement Of Mobile Phone Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of mobile phone through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope method and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. Bids must include bid security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Vendors must submit hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration proof, Business Registration proof, non-blacklisting undertaking and original bid security before the bid submission deadline. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 and manual bids are not entertained. Bid security is 2.00 and bid validity is 120 days. Bids close on August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM.
