Description
Purchase of RPC manhole cover sets manufactured with 100% recycled plastic composite material in black and grey colours with WASA monogram engraved for WASA Lahore from manufacturers, authorized dealers or suppliers registered with Punjab e-procurement system, FBR and PRA and having Active Filer NTN and PNTN. Procurement shall use single stage two envelope bidding procedure through Punjab e-procurement system. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22-08-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Digital bid security of 3% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1,462,200 is required. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item in figures and words, bids must be submitted as PDF, and bid validity is 120 days. Estimated cost is Rs. 48,740,000.
