Framework contract procurement of miscellaneous items and services through Punjab e-Procurement System for FY 2026-27 on lot-wise basis, including hot and cold items and lubricants - stationery and computer stationery - miscellaneous and dietary items and hiring of services - transport items purchase, repair and replacement - machinery, equipment and furniture purchase, repair and replacement - other store items. E-bids shall be submitted as a single package containing financial bid inclusive of taxes under the specified electronic bidding procedure. Bidders must submit original 2% bid security in CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab in favour of DO CTD Narowal, with PDF copy uploaded online, and successful bidders shall provide 5% performance guarantee. E-bids are to be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on 22-08-2026. Bid validity extends to 30-06-2027 and repeat orders shall not exceed 15% of original procurement.
