Framework Contract For Purchase And Repair Of Miscellaneous Tender Notice

Police Department, District Jhelum invites e-bids on framework contract basis for FY 2026-27 from financially sound and reputed firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax where applicable and Professional Tax. Procurement is divided lot-wise into six heads: Office Stationery/Computer Stationery and Printing & Publication with estimated cost of Rs.7.500 million; Others/Food & Dietary/Hot & Cold/Sports Funds/Tent & Tarpaulin/Road & Safety/Muharram Funds/Beds & Boxes/Ordinance Store/Exhibition Fair/Plant & Machinery/IT Equipment/Furniture & Fixture/Other Store with estimated cost of Rs.26.125 million; Transport and POL including lubricants, engine and motor oil with estimated cost of Rs.28.00 million; Machinery & Equipment Repair with estimated cost of Rs.1.500 million; Furniture & Fixture Repair with estimated cost of Rs.0.500 million; and Other Buildings Works with estimated cost of Rs.5.00 million. Total estimated cost is Rs.68.625 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each lot. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 25-08-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical samples/brochures are mandatory where applicable. Original bid security must be submitted in favour of DPO Jhelum before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 1% to 5% of the contract value may be required.
