Procurement Of Stationery Printing Equipment And Other Goods Tender Notice
Description
Government of Punjab Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department invites separate lot-wise financial bids for procurement of stationery, printing and publication items, other store items, computer stationery, furniture and fixture, machinery and equipment, hardware, IT equipment repair, transport repair, hot and cold items, software repair, hardware, uniforms and protective clothes, conferences/seminars, plant and machinery and other specified goods for FY 2026-27. Eighteen tender objects are treated as separate and independent tenders. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 24-08-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Separate CDR/Pay Order bid security is required for each tender object. Bidders must provide NTN/income tax, sales tax, professional tax, financial soundness, company profile, authorized dealership where applicable, signed tender conditions and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids will not be considered. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
