Health Authority Stationery Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for District Health Authority Jhang for FY 2026-27 covering stationery items, general store items, plant and machinery, furniture items and parking shed works or items, on free delivery at consignee end basis. Bids are invited from eligible firms through single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted electronically. Bidding documents contain item specifications, quantities, estimated rates and terms and conditions and are available free of cost. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated price or cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically through the designated Bank of Punjab facility; physical CDRs, Pay Orders, Bank Drafts and Bank Guarantees are not accepted. Bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on 24-08-2026 and opened at 12:00 Noon the same day. Manual bids are not accepted and all bidding documents must be properly marked, sequentially arranged, signed and stamped.
